What is the processing time?
All updates for unincorporated businesses are manual form submission. It might take 20-30 days after submission to Ontario Registries to receive a notice of change proof of filing document from them. If this is for a business name change, an additional time will be required to submit and receive a name approval from Ontario Registries.
